Everything Worth Knowing Before You Visit
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially on weekends. Seatings run in two services a night, Tuesday through Sunday, and space is limited so every table gets a fire that's genuinely ready.
What's the dress code?
Smart casual. No need for a suit or tie, but we ask that tank tops and athletic wear be left for another occasion in the main dining room.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Yes. Mention any allergy when booking or in the notes field of the reservation form, and the kitchen will be briefed in advance.
How long does the Tomahawk take to prepare?
The Tomahawk is cooked to order and carved tableside, so it takes longer than a single-portion cut. For special occasions, mention it at booking so the timing works for your evening.
What's the default doneness if I don't specify?
Medium-rare — the level our kitchen defaults to because it holds the best balance of juiciness and texture across most of our cuts. You can always request a different doneness when ordering.
